1-But if i get HPV 16-18 dose it have outbreak for men ??
2- when can i safely have sex with out infecting my wife ?

HPV 16 and 18 don't cause warts in anyone. The high risk strains don't.
You used a condom, right? The chances that you'd get HPV are very low, but it could take 2 years to clear your body if you did. I don't know if you can avoid sex with your wife for 2 years, but please remember your chances are low because you used a condom.

I can avoid it 1 year because she study in U.S but now she is with me for vacation and 'm trying to not have sex
I can't advise you about your marriage - that is your decision. I can tell you that your risk for HPV is quite low and you can make your own decisions regarding your marriage.
