I had oral sex unprotected and now it has been a week since my throat hurts

I'm a gay man and so of course had homosexual relationships. But now I'm getting worried...
It isn't the first time that I did oral sex, often being the one on its knees and sometimes deepthroating. It isn't my first deepthroat, yet the last 3 bj I gave, were a really pain. The day doing it and right after I'm fine, but then, the morning after followed by a week ( sometimes more ), I'm in horrible pain. Trouble swalloing, vivid and sharp pain in the throat and almost always accompanied with my amygdala inflammating and hurting a lot. The problems is I can't see a thing and I'm getting tired of the pain.

It's seems after researching that I have tonsils caves which ended up making big tonsil stones so that I why everything hurts in the area
