Std or not

I want to first off disclose I am planning on seeing a doctor soon but don't have the option atm, I have pencil eraser sized dimpled bumps are the opening of the urethra along with hard round bumps in surrounding areas they do not hurt but itch extremely bad, I am thinking it could be molluscum contagiosum but am worried that it could possibly be something else the itching is not only around the bumps I've been itching a lot all over my body but it's worst in on the bumps near the urethra on the insides of my thighs my lower stomach and buttocks any opinions would be appreciated have had little to no also have had little to burning when I urinate and little to no pain and the bumps seem relatively hard. They are slightly clustered but in multiple areas
