Two Blood-filled bumps on penis. Can it be syphilis, herpes or another std...?

Today taking a shower I noticed I have two small red bumps on my penis (one close to another, but not together). Don’t remember seeing them before. They look like pimples, but are really red, like filled with blood. A small area around them looks bruised. I am worried because I had unprotected sex about 10-12 days ago. I have checked the internet to see if I find something similar, but nothing shows up.

Hi syphilis are raised painless bumps so what your describing would not indicate syphilis.

The only thing I found on the internet that looks like what I have is literally “blood spots” on skin... any idea what could it possibly be. They are not together but one close to the other...
maybe friction burn
