I was recently tested positive for slight chlamydita

I recently got pregnant and been tested positive for slight chlamydita. I've been with only one partner for the last 2 years and within those 2 years have had a couple UTIs took urine tests that confirmed the UTIs at said t Agnes hospital but never told me I had chlamydita is it possible I had it then? Do they test for chlamydita when they test for UTIs. I'm just concerned if I had it before I got with my bf or has he been cheating on me.
