I

I have a 2 to 3 cm around red spot on the tip of my penis.  It's been there for about a week and a half.  It appeared about three to four weeks after I had unprotected sex.  It is flat, doesn't itch or burn.  It's neither crusty nor ulcerated.  It isn't bumpy or rough.  Skin seems to peel away from it a little bit.  When I stretch the skin out, the redness seems to be underneath.  I've had an enlarged prostate issue in the past.  I seem to have to urinate more often, and once in a while I have discomfort.  But that might just be my paranoia.  Is there any insight you could give me on this issue.  Thanks

No.  You have antibodies to that and those would protect you from spreading it.

If your doc says its fungal, then go with that.

Redness at the tip of your penis can be from prostatitis, as can your other symptoms.  You should follow up with your doctor.
