Immediate Help trichomoniasis Question

Hello,
I have a question about the std trich. Recently I've have unprotected sex with about three girls last month and all of them swear that they were clean and that they have taken a std test and I was the most recent guy theyve been with unprotected wise. Recently I started a relationship with a female and had sex with her but a couple of days later she is explaining how she is not feeling well, that she has greenish yellow discharge, pelvis hurts, and she is throwing up. Around this time she got her period also so add that with everything. I on the other hand feel fine and have no symptoms. So is it trich or a yeast infection for her what do you think? I really hope its the yeast infection because I dont want to lose her but I accept my fate and I have made stupid mistakes. She says the discharge is clump and weird smelling and her vagina burns a little.

Agree with klamidia. Also, she should get tested for yeast and bacterial vaginosis.

Especially agree with the "do this quickly" part.

Have her and you, do a basic microbacterial panel, namely swabs for gonorea and a general swab, chlamydia as a bonus. And do this quickly.  Next time use condoms.
