Irritated meatus, flu like symptoms?

About 12 days ago I had protected sex with a girl I don't know very well who Id say is a "high risk" partner (she's been in porno). About 10 days afterwards I woke up with a swollen throat, dry mouth, congestion, headache, and some slight chills. The day after that I noticed the area around my pee hole is irritated, kind of a pinkish red. Theres an extremely slight stinging feeling from time to time but I hardly notice it.

The flu like symptoms dont bother me, its just the pee hole irritation, mostly because I read up on some HIV symptoms and found that irritated glands and lymph nodes suggest infection. Is the meatus a gland or lymph node? Could this be another std besides HIV? Any help is appreciated!

your risk for STD's like HIV and chlamydia or gonorrhea was eliminated when you used a condom, not to mention porn stars are usually routinely tested for that exact reason.  Your irritation might be from rough sex, or possibly a reaction to the condom or lube, etc.  If the condom didn't break then I really don't see much concern from STD's like HIV
