Injury during sex or std?

3 days ago I had intercourse with someone I met recently. Before intercourse I did experiment with cialis just to have a longer run. I did use a condom but due to friction from lasting longer than usual it broke Asoon as I noticed I replaced the condom and continued, towards the end my partner I slipped out and hit my penis against her thigh pretty bad. Currently 3 days later I have a constant stinging pain at the tip of my penis and hurts more few minutes after I pee. Is this related to possible friction and the mishap when I slipped out or an std?
