Do i have an STI?

So me and my partner were fooling around in his car and a vibrator was involved and I noticed that when he would push it around it felt like I had to pee but nothing came out

When I went home I noticed I had to pee very badly so when I decided to go it burned really badly to the point where I had to stop and I don't know if I tore something in my vagina or an sti

I looked at my underwear also and there was a faint pink spot in my underwear, I asked others about it and they told me that it was ovulation spotting but I'm not sure

Sounds like you had some irritation from the vibrator itself possibly causing a temporary injury , as no Sti presents that quickly and you cannot catch one from an object such as a vibrator
