Is this hiv or lingering gonorrhea/chlamydia

You must get this all time, but im an idiot.  I had unprotected vaginal sex 16 days ago.  Almost immediately after I felt itchy on my scrotum,  tingly sensation in urethra,  constant urination and a glowing sensation. No burning or discharge.  After 7 days I began feeling drowsy / a malaise, and overall lagness.  In the meantime I was freaking out since the moment it happened,  incredible guilt and anxiety.  11 days out I went to a std clinic and they gave me treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea.  The feeling in my genitals has eased up,  but the feeling of mono type symptoms has increased.  I also feel pain in my right groin lymph node. I can barely sleep because of work and have very little appetite.  What's even more worrisome is i woke up with night sweats last night twice...

I know I have to wait longer  for an accurate test,  but im literally  worrying myself sick.  Could that be a reason for the malaise/ fatigue?  Can the lymph nodes in my groin be a lingering affect from a chlamydia or gonorrhea infection? Or are my symptoms more in line with ars /hiv.  I can't  understate how much this is consuming my life. Please help

I understand that about nodes,  but based on the time line,  (haven't got results back yet for chlamydia and gonorrhea)  could either of those infections cause minor lymph nodes to become sore.  It's only on the right groin and not too big.  Have to search for them,  but they are tender.  My main fear is hiv though

Well can't say if this is related to HIV or a STD. Nodes can swell for may reasons.
