I recently have had this same exact issue as the pic posted. I started googing it yesterday and I found that it is NOT an STD or HPV. It is Vestibular papillea. In some cases it can be blocked Sebaceous glands or signs of Menopause. Good news is its not contageous :) and its normal. Glad I found this out and glad I can help you. Even though its years after your post.
I have the exact same problem. I have this for more than a year now and it is so freaking itchy. I went to my GP. My HPV tests are negative & she said it is not genital warts either coz it is so symmetrical. But the itchiness never seems to go away. I am frustated. Did u find my remedy for yours? Did yours itch? When I google it says vulvular pappilomatosis. But it is getting really frusatation. Vagisil from chemist helps with itchiness but not sure if i can use it forever!
Hi,
I was just wondering if you found out what they were/are? and what caused them, was it HPV or Vestibular papillae?
I hope you can get back to me :)
Hi there -
We don't look at pics because we can't diagnose. If you are concerned about HPV, see your doctor.
Check this link out, and look at fordyce spots. You don't give a description, so I don't know what yours look like, but you might find something here. WARNING - it has GRAPHIC pics - http://www.chestersexualhealth.co.uk/downloads/Normal%20lumps%20and%20bumps%20TREND%202007%20STIs.pdf
