Mild "burning" and tip of penis sting.

Hi. Lately i have been having what feels like mild burning(also sometimes what feels like an ice cold pin/needle touching me) around my groin and on the side of my penis, but sometimes legs too along with some random mild stinging at the tip of my penis and random pain in my right testicle(may be the way i sit or move though....) Also sometimes what feels like chapped skin at certain points on the head of my penis, but the feeling only stays for a few seconds, not constantly. I was tested for all stds a month ago and was 100% clear but had sex with a new person a little over a week ago and the condom broke during. I have no pain/burning/stinging while urinating nor any discharge or anything like that. No rash, sores, legions or bumps or any kind either. No visual signs at all. Any idea what this could be??
