Hi, your herpes test is not valid as it appears you  had a combination test for 1 and 2 so you need a type specific for any confirmation.
If you had unprotected vaginal sex and started to have itching inside your urethra and burning about 5 days later, that would be a common symptom of Chlamydia. Do go back to the doc for more testing, describing your symptoms. They can do a urine test or swab.

I didnot had unprotected vaginal sex,  but i have received unprotected oral sex. My urine and sperm culture report is pending. I'll get it and see what's more in it..

The increased white blood cells ("pus cells") indicates an infection in your urethral or elsewhere in the urinary tract. The most common cause is an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Non-STD urinary tract infection is possible, but uncommon in men under 35-40 years old.

You had a non-type specific HSV blood test. It isn't invalid, but it gives only limited information:  you are infected with HSV, but not possible to tell whether you have HSV1 or HSV2. You're in India, where up to 90% of adults have HSV1 from childhood infection, i.e. not as an STD. That result probably has nothing at all to do with your symptoms.

India has sophisticated STD specialists. Find one. Good luck!
