Itchy, moist, smelly spot under foreskin of penis

I've been freaking out the past few days because a few days ago I noticed a small area of my foreskin is itchy and moist just in one small spot. No bump, scar, etc.. just a small light-pinkish area (half the size of a dime). It's like an oily (clear) substance that smells as well.

I recently hooked up with someone (on 9/18/11) and she gave me oral sex. I noticed the itching/pinkish mark the later on the next day. It's 9/22 & I still have this problem.. It hasn't progressed or diminish at all since then. I'm really freaking out because I've never had an std & rarely hookup so.  I'm 24 years old. I do a lot of walking every day, but I shower daily. What could this be?  I'm now nervous I might have to see my doctor but I live with my parents & I'm under their health care.. so I really don't want them to find out about my issue.  Am I getting worried for nothing or should I see a doc? Any cream I could use? Thanks in advance!!

odds are this isn't std related.

see your provider for a proper exam to find out if this is fungal related or something else.
