Long standing issue with urination

Hi,

2.5 months ago I had a unprotected sexual encounter with a friend of mine. Who I know has been tested recently for stds and was given an all clear. 14 days after that I was fooling around with a girl and given a sort hand job but never finished. And didn't urinate for quite sometime afterwards. Now 17, days after the first encounter I had the constant urge to urinate. No pain, no discharge, nothing else. I went to a walk in clinic and they tested me for a UTI. Negative. Was tested for Chlamydia/Gono, both negative. Dr. said it is probably all in my head. Was sent for an ultrasound of my kidneys and my scrotum area. Everything came back normal (except for two epidiminal cysts, that I already knew about). The feeling continued on for quite sometime, but changed into a feeling like there was something dripping out of my penis, but there never was.

Went back to the dr at about 6 weeks after encounter, they gave me some azithromycin and diagnosed me with ngu. Within minutes of taking the drug I felt much better, but symptoms would come and go, but after about 10 days all symptoms cleared. I decided to go an STI clinic anyways, they tested for c/g and syp/hiv which all came back negative. Didn't mention anything about Trich. After I got my results from the sti clinic, I masterbated and after I ejaculated my penis head turned quite red around the opening to my urethra. I freaked out, looked online and thought it could be Trich. Went back to the walk in and the dr. laughed at me when I thought it was trich he prescribed me 10 days of APO-SULFATRIM DS. The 10 days I was on it got bad, but seemed like it was getting better.

But felt like the inside of my penis was burning. So I went to emerge at a hospital and got a swab done for Trich. Went to my family dr later that week after and he also laughed at me saying guys cannot possibly get trich. Everyone keeps telling me I'm fine, and it's all in my head. Today, the results for the trich test came in, called my family doctor and they said he reviewed them and had no issues with the results (which I guess means that they were negative??).

But right now, after I urinate I feel burning inside my penis for quite sometime, few hours probably. And the meatus is inflamed/red/tender.

Also, I think one of the things that is really messing with me, is that I'm allergic to flagyl which is the recommended drug for treating trich. There was never burning before but there is now. Just wondering if there is any help or something else I can do, or if I just assume it is in my head with guilt creating all these issues?

Today would be 81 days from the first encounter.

Edit: I would like to add that the test for trich was a PCR test.

Edit 2: I hadn't had pain before, the dr that gave me the apo said drink more water/cranberry and it will take the pain away. I thought that was weird because i didn't describe any pain. But for the last two days there has been, and there was a different type of pain while I was on the apo.

Also, the only discharge that I have noticed is when I have an erection for a bit and it goes away on it's own. And not every time. Other than that I have seen no discharge.

The question is that should I be believing these tests that have been done? Is this an issue with my prostate, is it all from anxiety? The last thing I want to do is give someone an STI, and I have tried to get all the possible tests that I can get done done.

yes you can trust the test and since you have the cysts it may be causing the urge to urinate. Any type of pressure to your urinary area could cause an urge and  since cysts are an enlargement they could be pressing on your urethra when your sitting down. I would have them taken care of first.

Ok thank you. I had a dr from another forum suggest going to a urologist citing pelvic pain syndrome. Saying that this happens when sometimes when someone has lots of anxiety.
