What are my risks of STDs?

Back on January 1st, I had a sexual encounter with a man where he gave me unprotected oral and anal sex. Around 2 weeks after that encounter, I discovered two painless bumps that resemble pimples on the shaft of my penis. I also began to experience irritation and burning sensations around my genitals and butt, as well as penile discharge.

On January 26th, I decided to get myself tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV. All came back negative. My doctor prescribed to me 4 tablets of azithromycin, which had gotten rid of a lot of the burning and irritation I was experienced, but only temporarily stopping the penile discharge.

I got tested negative for both types of herpes on February 12th, which I'm sure is inaccurate so I am looking to get tested again very soon.

On March 16th and April 20th, I got retested for everything mentioned (except for the herpes) as well as syphilis. Again, all came back negative.

Fast forward to now, I am afraid that I will be tested positive for herpes. However, I managed to get in contact with the man I had sex with and he has told me that he is clear for everything. The penile discharge is still occurring and I believe the burning sensation has returned to my thighs.

How accurate are my test results? Based on this timeline, what is my risk? Thank you to all who respond.
