Mutual Masturbation and Kissing

Hi, i feel terribly worried and extreme guilt.
I am married to a woman but met with a man 2 days ago. We stripped naked, we kissed each other. We masturbated each other's penis for a short while. We then continued to masturbate ourselves until we orgasmed on our own chests. Whilst kissing I am not sure whether or not our penises touched. I am very worried that I could have contracted an STD that i could pass on to my wife. Is this a risk and should I test? Thank you.
