What are risks of brief 10-15 second receipt of oral sex (Male from female)?

1.  Happened 4 days ago
2.  I stopped because I got scared and cleaned myself thoroughly
3.  Question:  Do I have reason to be concerned?

Receiving oral sex for 10-15 seconds is not at all likely to result in transmission of anything. I wouldn't even bother to worry or test.
