STD from brief oral from stripper

Thanks in advance for any help!

24 days ago I received 5 seconds of oral from a stripper, stopped her, and left. On day 5 I started to feel mild discomfort while urinating and urge to urinate more frequently. This went on for a week and a half. I never had any discharge or sores. I started drinking lots of water and cranberry juice. The discomfort went away after a couple days. On day 17 I went for a Std test. Everything came back normal accept hsv-2 was at 1.26 with a negative reflex (Labcorp.)  On day 21 I noticed a swollen lymph node in my neck that is still there. I feel otherwise normal other than the anxiety. I plan to retest again after 12 weeks.

Could this be from Hsv or some other std?

Do i have 2 separate issues going on?

Where do I go from here?

Your hsv2 IgG is quite likely a false positive test, as evidence by the negative reflex. You also wouldn't get hsv2 from oral sex, but would get hsv1 genitally.

Five seconds of oral sex is highly unlikely to result in any STD. Oral sex is far less likely to result in STD transmission than vaginal or anal sex, especially when it's so brief.

Maybe you were mildly dehydrated and your water and cranberry juice fixed that. You might have had a mild UTI.

The swollen gland - if it is swollen, we are so bad at determining our own swollen glands - wouldn't be from this. You might have a swollen gland in your groin, but not in your neck. If you are concerned about that, see your doctor.
