I'm just worried

I admit, I'm a bit risky. So I'm just a teenager, and I somewhat became extremely stupid. Last week, I received an oral sex (I'm a man, and a gay sucked me). It's just fellatio, and no anal sex occurred. I don't feel any symptoms, but from that day, it seems like I became cautious when it comes to my body. It's unprotected. No condoms, and I asked him if he has any STD, and he said none. Even though he said none, I'm still extremely worried. What diseases can I get (in case, because I've read that it's only a low risk when it comes to receiving oral sex)? What diseases can I get? And what are there symptoms? Is it really low-risk? Is it true that HIV and most of the STDs are not transmitted via saliva, because it's only his saliva that contacted my penis? What should I feel and do? Now, I'm extremely worried/anxious, and all I want to do is cry and pray and trust that supernatural being. Please help me. Please.

He didn't have any lip sores that time. Until now, I don't feel any burning when I'm peeing. Well, I guess this is just a lowrisk activity. And i dont think he has that std.

Hi, if he did not have any lip sores at the time you can pretty much rule out herpes and for other risks like Gonoreha and chlymidia, if you dont have any penis buring while peeing you can pretty much rule them out as well. Really low risk activity.

Thety should appear on your penis and not anywhere else. Though this is low risk. But if you remain worried please see a doctor.

Hi get tested for gonorrhea- 5 days post exposure, syphilis- 6 weeks, hsv 1-  3 months. Though this is low risk. And often times only test when you feel symptoms like for gonorrhea ( pain while urinating and with yellow discharge), syphilis (an open sore appearing 3weeks after exposure), hsv- are like small open sores that appear 1-2 weeks post exposure,
