NGU test and transmittal question

The last time I had intercourse before my urine and ejaculate started burning was in October, but around 2 weeks ago the pain started. Since then I slept with a girl twice starting about 1 week ago (1 week after the burning) because I dismissed the burning as having partied/drank too much and was just dehydrated or needed to drink some cranberry juice to help clean out whatever was in there. It wasn't an intense or unbearable pain, but something that was mildly annoying.

It's been about  since the burning (I held off on the visit to the doctor because it's not always constant, it came and went, and it has been lessening recently as I've been taking better care of myself and eating home cooked meals and working out)

I went to a doctor this morning and had a urine test which came back perfectly fine, however he said my symptoms were those of an NGU, and perscribed me 4 Azithromycin all taken at once.

However, this question isn't about me as much as it is about my partner. Is there a 100% chance of spreading urethritis(if that's what this is)? We had unprotected sex twice around a week after the burning happened, and the first time it was a mild burning, but the second time I could barely even feel anything.

That's a relief haha. My symptoms have already gone away and I took the antibiotics yesterday morning.

No it would not be 100%, it would be around 80% chance, but I hate to do this but would have to disagree with a diagnosis of NGU. NGU burning would be constant and you would have discharge. Also the time table would be too late for NGU. It is some kind of infection which I believe is not STD related, so I believe your partner did not have a risk of getting anything STD related from you.

If symptoms do not clear or get better follow up with your Dr. If your partner does not get any symptoms then she should be ok.
