Next Course of Action

Hi,

I went to the urologist before and was diagnosed right off the bat with NGU/NSU. (No tests done) Reason for this was because I had unprotected sex last November and was experiencing UTI like symptoms however, I did not have any discharges. Symptoms were Frequent urination, burning sensations and the constant urge to urinate. I was given Cipro for 1 week, then after symptoms mildly improved, went back and was given Doxy for 7 days. I am feeling so much better now, however, 3 days ago i started to notice a bit of pain and discomfort again especially when my bladder is almost full. Also, experiencing some burning stinging sensation at the tip of my meatus when i get an erection. My questions is was I not cured? Also, are there any tests that I can take, blood work, special urinalysis that I can do to get this done? I just took another urinalysis and the WBC and bacteria portion was 0 and few respectively. Although RBC count was indicated 1 - 3 /HPF  and internal references indicate 0 - 3 as the norm. Should I try taking Azithromycin this time? I read that NGU medication is usually an empirical study since taking antibiotics usually clears the problem. Thanks!
