Possible Std

hi,
on 7th April i received unprotected orsl sex. in sjort i freaked out and took 6g amox and 500g azithrimycin. i had tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea and both came back negative.

now, on the 21st may this week my partner had a uti. doc gave her 3 days of nitrofurantoin but it still hasnt gone.

im worried ive infected her with something, but not sure about the timescales.

am i going crazy, i was obssessed that I had gonorhhea until the test came back negative. now im thinking ive caught something else!

she had no symptoms before this week. a very close relatibe was takdn very ill on sunday and  my partner developed headaches, lost her voice and had a uti all a day after. i was hjinking due to tje stress but the uti hasnt cleared after 3 days of nitrofurantoin.

any help or advice massively appreciated.
