So first, for your own sake, you should do better with your oral hygiene. Aside from any STD risk, poor oral hygiene can lead to all sorts of things, including heart problems.
Okay, that aside, performing oral sex on a penis puts you at risk for oral gonorrhea, syphilis, and possibly HPV.
Syphilis is uncommon, and unless he had an open sore on his penis, you aren't at risk. You can test for that at 6 weeks, unless you get a sore in your mouth - and google an oral syphilis chancre so you know what it looks like, as it isn't the same thing as a canker sore. If you get a chancre in your mouth, get checked and tested then.
You can test for oral gonorrhea at about 5 days from now. This is fairly uncommon, but still a definite risk, so I don't think there's any need to run out and test immediately, but it's worthwhile to do the next time you get tested, or sooner if you have multiple partners, or a regular partner you don't want to infect.
It's possible to get HPV orally. I don't know what the bump this person had looks like, where it was, etc., so I can't say if it was HPV. HPV is incredibly common. It's considered an inevitability now if you are sexually active and haven't been vaccinated. If you haven't been, talk to your doctor about getting the vaccine.
You say you did it for like 30 seconds at a time - how long totally do you think you did this?
