What could this be??

Epididymitis
Sore throat
Headache
Neck ache/ tightness
Fatigue / flu ish feelings that only lasted an hour or so both times
Sore lower back
Sore joints as of 11/28
Rash / irritation in the folds of groin area
Urine has slight odor
Diarrhea
Frequent peeing
Slight amount of blood found in urine
Have been on doxycycline since 11/21
Random pains in lower body  
Could this be genital herpes or another std , on 11/18 l went to an Asian massage place and had a table shower where l laid nude on a rubber Matt that other people had obviously been on , and all this started the next day what could it be

Hi no std shows symptoms the next day and really none of what mention suggest any std and you cant get any std from what you described anyway Maybe your coming down with strep or the common flu thats going around now. Have a doc check you out and maybe get a flu shot.
