Pain in Penis

Hello, 2 days back I went to a masseuse I found on craigslist. She laid a sheet which looked like used. I laid on my back and the session ended with a hand job. During the session I felt her anus with my finger, my penis touched her thigh. At the end I cleaned myself with a rag she gave me (don't know if it was clean). Don't know the   the lady is disease free, but she looked pale and too skinny. I'm uncircumcised.

After a few hours tingling pain started in my penis which is still on and off and itching on the lower stomach. Do I need to be concerned?
What are my chances of contracting any STD?
Do you feel I need to get tested? If so how long should I wait?

Update: After this encounter, I went to the doctors office and got tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, both were negative. Doctor said that it looked like some yeast infection and called it Balanitis. I was prescribed with 3 day oral medication and 1% clotrimazole for a week, twice a day which I have been doing. 3 days after the medication the symptoms went down, but they are back again now. I have irritaion/tingling sensation on the right side of my penis and inner foreskin.

Do you think anything going on internally? or is this a sign of something else?

Based on what you described, I really don't believe you have any STD. Don't visit masseuse/sex workers on Craigslist though. While not a STD, but there are bacterial and fungal infections out there that you can get.

Just observed one more thing, I had  a flesh colored blister inner right thigh. when I squeezed it, there was little puss and fresh blood. Itching in the groin area.
