Can genital warts appear on chest as moles

    I have recently noticed small pin sized what appears to be moles or freckles appearing all over my body.
These spots are for the most part flat the odd few raised slightly but no discolouration or itch,pain they seem normal.
I'am concerned they may be an std but I have angziety about my health so I need another opinion I'am 28 years old.

No it does not sound like a STD, but would be wise to see a Dr.

i don't believe that it would be related to genital warts as genital warts only fester in the genitals, anus or mouth.
