Penile Throbbing

HI, have had protected sex more than 1 month back with unknown partners, have noticed blackness on the top of my penis head, most of it faded away and most of it is still there. recently i feel a little throbbing like sensation on head of penis..other than that, nothing else..i am perfectly healthy otherwise..could it be a STD? or could I have contracted HIV or something?

obviously blackness on your penis head is abnormal. it's in your best interest to follow up on this with your provider if you haven't already.

The blackness on penis may skin pigmentation or skin disorder.
You can't contract HIV by protected sex.
Sensation on penis head would be irritation or other infections
Possible for other STD(did have unprotected oral sex?)
Get tested for, 1 month is good period for most STD
Need 3 months for Herpes, syphilis and HIV to accurate result.
