Male urination

Hi I had sex and everything was fine till about two weeks later my penis hurted when I pee it stinged really bad there are no signs of anything on it no redness nothing looks completely fine it's been about a good month and still burns when I pee I notice sometimes when I pee a lot and more frequent it won't hurt but when I do take while to pee it will sting, also notice only once it hurting when I ejaculated somewhere at the bottom somewhere as if the tube was broken or something the part away from the tip? I feel totally fine i had had sex everything's fine when I do release sperm and pee after it doesn't hurt as well but when I just have to pee there it goes again and like I said sometimes it hurt sometimes it doesn't now like I said been a little over a month still burns not as much as the beginning though also sometimes after ejaculating I will feel like and itching on the inside around the penis head where it ends part away from the tip I haven't gone to the doc yet just wanted to get some advice or get informed a bit before I do decide to go what could it be i would really appreciate an accurate answer as this now starts to concern me
Thanks!!!!

Hi, burning irritations from std,s would be constant and also have a white puss discharge. What your describing could be from an injury from the act itself or if your constant checking and pulling the tip open which is often the cause as is anxiety related.
