Pimple Like Sores on Hand

I don't know what is going on. I have around 25 or 30 small pimple-like sores on my right hand and they kind of sting, itch, and hurt. They are very small and develop a head on them filled with puss. I want to believe it is an allergic reaction to something but I am not so sure. I can't think of anything I may have some in contact with that would cause such a reaction, except....I was intimate with a woman about a week ago, only using my fingers on her (yes, using the right hand that now has the sores) and 3 days later I had this outbreak. It doesn't look like pictures of herpes but again, I don't know. There was a lot of fluid transfer from her to my hand. Could this be some sort of STD? Could it be an allergic reaction to her fluid or the washing that I did afterward? It seems like too much of a coincidence that I would have this encounter and then develop this "rash". HELP!!!

we have a no photo policy here on the std board.  Please read our posting tips at the top of this forum if you have any questions.  Even though your picture was not of the genitals it's still our policy.

You need to go and be seen as vance suggested.  It's not likely to be a std on your hand but you'll need a further work up to find out what is going on.

Sounds like a reaction not an outbreak of herpes or anything like that. I suggest you see a dermotologist.
