Please Help. Solve my problems!! Please

About 24 - 30 months ago I started having a sexual relationship with a female. It seemed like she always had something wrong with her. During sex she frequently bled untimely and on a couple occasions her nose bled during sex. I know she also had something wrong with the way her blood clotted, she occasionally had "spells" and she also had a stroke I believe while I was sexually active with her. Fast-forward several months, I met a new woman and I am still with her. About 6 - 8 months after I initially had sex with the first female my penis started to itch and burn, especially after sex. It gradually stopped burning, but still itched. 12 - 18 months after I initially had sex with the first partner my now girlfriend also started bleeding untimely during sex. She also has experienced fatigue and back pain. Present day, I have itchiness, fatigue, neck & back soreness, shortness in breath, lightheadedness, urgent anxiousness, and recently I have an awful pain in my right back hip area, down my thigh to my knee. It almost feels like a blood clot, or a really bad cramp, but doesn’t hurt as bad when I’m up and walking, only sitting or laying.  It also feels like my lymph nodes are swollen, but I think that’s because I have TMJ.  I’m really confused about all of this, I’ve seen doctors several times, and been tested of Chlamydia, and gonorrhea, both negative. I’m thinking I should get tested for HIV and hepatitis, but at this point I don’t know what else to do.
Suggestions anyone?

Its always good to have a hiv test done annually. Gono, clymid, syphillis is ruled out. The problems you have could be many things. Maybe a yeast or other fungal infection. This does not sound std related. Anxiety can bring you lots ao symptoms you described. I would also get a routine herpes test. Test these for peace of mind, I doubt you have anything std related.
