Dont know what to think std or not

First of all your all great on here helping people and reassuring there ok.
Anyway about 5 weeks ago i had an exposure now this woman could of been riddled with every std i know of and because i was drunk i did somethimg i now regret.
What i did was touched her clit and labia for like 2-3 seconds then touched my meatus or probably rubbed meatus under foreskin like inserted finger inside fireskin or maybe pulled skin back and rubbed the whole head i also put the same hand by my mouth and eyes and i also put penis on her lips for like a split second is there any std (inc herpes) i could of comtracted like this i also have had swollen tonsils for over 4 weeks and a cold i am so scared because herpes freaks me out

Thank you so much grace your a darling you really are so its a no risk encounter i have never been so scared never had an std and dont ever want one ive had thrush before

This really wasn't a risk for std's. Though you can contract some stds from direct skin on skin contact, the brevity of your encounter makes this very unlikely.

we all do things we regret. Make sure that drinking too much isn't a problem for you and move forward from this encounter.

swollen tonsils is usually a sign of something non-std related.
