Flu-like symptoms immediately after sex is NOT an indication of an std.  Don't scare this person like that. This is why we have so many people with std anxiety.  

You will not get std symptoms immediately after sex.  They start 2 days after exposure at the EARLIEST.  And your biggest threat was the oral sex she gave you.  You should know that the chance of anyone getting an std from oral sex (giving or receiving) is very very low. And only a few seconds is not going to get it done anyway.  It takes prolonged sex.  AND these days escorts regularly get tested.
