Received oral sex - risks?

Hi, let me explain my situation.

I'm 24 years old Male. I receive oral sex from a female 25 years old during 3-5 minutes, no more, then, i went inmediately to the
shower to clean my genitales. I don't know her health status. I took like 35 days to visit a doctor because i was scared, I told him that i didnt have any symptoms like pain when urinating or any kind of discharge from penis. He told me that i did not have to worry about that, anyway he gave me 1g of azhytromicin (2pills), I took these 2 pills inmediately. Two days later of taking these pills I had an encounter with my wife, where i receive oral(1,2 minutes, just lips in the head of my penis, not a deep Bj), i had ejaculated 5 minutes before this BJ. Can my wife get any STDS from this situation?. Then my wife And I had another encounter with oral sex for much more time( this happened 7 days before i took azhytromicin).

FYI: these acts where unprotected oral sex.

Do i need yo take Any STDS test? Or tell my wife i had another encounter with an unkown girl, so She take the test too?

Hi unprotected oral sex from an unknown person is a risk for Gono, herpes and syphilis its low risk for for you wifes protection test at the correct window period.
Gono--7 days
syphilis---6 weeks
herpes--- 3 months.

The doctor told me that if i had any stds, i would have experienced some symptoms 35 days after exposure And shypilis is very easy to know when you have it.

I did chlamydia test, still waiting for the resul( i did this because i'm told chlamydia is a "silent" bacteria) but i did take 1g azhytromicin.

In case i had contracted chlamydia or ghonorrae, can the azhytromicin reduce the risk to my wife if i waited 48 hrs? She only put Her mouth for seconds in my genitales.

Thanks! In case i had contracted gono. A single doze of 1g azhytromicin, reduce the risk for my wife if we had a minimal encounter(5seconds) 2 days after taking these pills.?

I'm asking because i didnt get answer on this.
