STD after oral? Been very stressed

I recently had unprotected oral sex with another male where I did not come into contact with his semen orally. About a day or two later, I felt as though my throat was a bit dry and slightly sore and I began worrying a lot. I looked in the back of my throat and found very few, small white spots on one of my tonsils that when scraped left a reddish spot. Now I am seeing two small red dots at the back of my throat behind my uvula but the white spots on my tonsil have not changed significantly. My throat does not hurt at all anymore. I am very worried that I could have caught something and have been worrying a lot about it and it has caused me a lot of stress. Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

What i can recommend, so see a doctor and get a shot and antibiotic for immediate risk against ganarea syphilis and couple of more. then get the tests after sometime. thats all we can do i think.i totally understand you man.

Thank you and after a day these symptoms have not changed at all as in they have not grown and no new growths have occurred. I also feel perfectly fine.

Did the doctor say anything about it being something else or just the anxiety? Like could my intense anxiety and stress cause these symptoms?

Why would you treat without a diagnosis? That helps your body and possible bacteria build up resistance to medication.

i did what the doctor said. i guess this is typical to eliminate the easy infections  that die in one shot of antibiotic. like gonorea. but i still have to wait to test for the others. i didnt doubt doctors initial treatment

other than the anxiety i didn see any symmptons within 24 hr i went to see the doctor to explain everything coz every forum i read was this n that risks low risks ii had to talk to a doctor . with no symtoms she gave me that shot and pills, also gave something for the anxiety as well. there is nothing else i could  do, so may be you do the same see a doctor and ask about test times coz here they say 6 weeks 4 weeks 12 weeks i seen many numbers but get a good schedule from a real doctor.. i know how you feel but this is what we can do. see a doctor (hope there is no problem for you in that like  insurance,  finance etc.)
