Various Risks associated with Oral activity performed on a female.

Hello Drs,

I have been with a number of sex workers (I am a straight male, SWs are female).
Activities never include intercourse but do include covered falacio (occasionally) and unprotected cunnilingous (always) and sometimes anal licking  (me licking her) including tongue penetration of her anus.

With cunnilingous, I have definitely swallowed plenty of female fluids and am concerned that the exchange of fluids (my ingesting) may put me at higher risk for HIV.
Obvoiusly, there are always risks associated with these behaviors.

1) How much am I at risk for HIV, HPV, Herpes, Hepitiis, or any of the other bacterial infections?
(Fyi, I have had Hep A and B vaccinations)

2) If I contract any of these items, what are the chances of spreading to my partner when I perform cunnilingous on her or when we have unprotected intercourse?

3) Thoughts on whether or not I should be tested for something? (No symptoms of concern, just nervous about my wreckless sexual behavior and desires.)

Thank you for having this safe, objective, non-judgemental place to ask real questions!

Hi
1. low risk for herpes and syphilis and hpv, and hep zero for HIV
2. low risk for speading to your partner.
3. Yes you should definately test for syphilis and herpes for their protection as even a low risk is too great a risk for your partner..
