Here is my case: I was in a nudist center in a hot tub / jacuzzi where an older man touched my penis and gave me a handjob. I also touched his penis. Only I ejaculated. All interactions occurred under the water.
I also touched my penis with the hand I used to touch his.
The man in purpose told me he had masturbated someone else 15min before our encounter and he visits gay sauna sometimes (hence my worry that maybe he had something).
Can you tell me if I could have gotten a STI from my encounter.

You won't get an STD from a hand job or mutual masturbation. Hands do not transmit std's. Whether they touched your penis or you theirs. No risk
