Risk of STDs from frottage & mutual masturbation - testing?

I am a healthy and drug free male.

I have been curious for a while met up with another male off an app, 7 days ago.

We meet up and this is what happened: we masturbate ourselves (not mutual), my pants are down and he rubs his unprotected penis on my buttocks near the crack.

There is no penetration.
This last for 3-4 seconds maximum and I stop him and pull up my pants up to cover my butt.

We masturbate and he continues to rub his penis on my now clothed backside.

He finishes by himself away from me and there is no contact with his fluids.
I couldn’t complete, so the interaction was finished at this point.

I’m extremely anxious if his rubbing of his unprotected penis would give me HIV or anything other infections.
It was on my glutes, a couple of inches away from my anal opening.

I went home and showered thoroughly.

Can someone please address the risks of this activity?
Do I need to get tested based on the above activities?

You have no risk.

Theoretically, herpes, HPV and syphilis are transmitted by direct skin to skin contact, but they need prolonged friction to transmit, usually the kind associated with intercourse, not what you have with a few brief seconds of contact.

Also, him rubbing off on you while your pants were up is not a risk. STDs don't go through clothing.

You have nothing to worry about here.
