What does "rubbing her vagina" mean? Was that with your penis, your hand, or some other scenario?
If you totally avoided your genitals touching her genitals, or her mouth touching your genitals, then there was no risk for an STD. It's possible that the oil got into your urethra and that's causing irritation or an infection, either urethritis or a UTI.
Handjobs do not transmit STDs. Even if she touched her vagina and then touched you, there is no risk. Hands do not transmit STDs.
If it's not better in a couple of days, see your doctor for urine testing. They can easily check in office to see if you have white blood cells in your urine. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol. Those are very irritating to the bladder, which in turn irritate the urethra.
