What was your original diagnosis?  Sounds like the antibiotics worked for the std symptoms overall.  Were you also diagnosed with anything like genital warts? (HPV)? Those do not respond to the medications you took and actually usually self resolve and clear on their own.  Tell us more about what happened, if you saw a doctor, if you have a diagnosis.  Agree that if you are working with a doctor, following up about any residual issues would make sense.

Hi, you say "got" [various medicines] -- does that mean you just went out and got them and took them, or were you diagnosed by a doctor and the doctor prescribed them? If so, you should ask your doctor what the bumps mean. He or she would know what the diagnosis was.

If you just went out and picked up some drugs and took them, it's possible that they weren't the right thing to treat your ailment. If that is the case, you should see a doctor.
