Rubbing my penis aginst someone else penis naked.

Hi

I did another mistake in my life. I had sex with a transgender few hours ago. I ask the transgender if she has any stds and she said no.

There was no penetration at all. She tried to have french kiss but i stopped her after few seconds.
After that we go naked for 5 mins and we did dry humping (rubbing our penises naked) and mutual masturbation. At the end she gave me a hieckey on my nick.

I am worried of stds and hiv.

What is the chance i get stds/ hiv from this penis to penis contact.
And what if some precum or sperm after ejaculation got on my penis.(i am not sure if that happened) is there any risk here?

Please help me as i am losing sleep.

Thanks in Advance.

Greetings.
Regarding STIs, your encounter wasn't risky. STIs shouldn't be your concern: you have a much bigger issue, which may possibly ruin your life.
Losing sleep after an episode of sex isn't quite normal, right? Your last year episode shows your anxiety is out of control and this episode shows it is not getting better.
You need help, now. Look for counseling before it gets too late.
