STD Test

Hello!  In the past I had described a situation in which I only received a masturbation and oral sex with a condom from a masseuse.  In the HIV forum I was told that I was not at risk.  However, to feel better, I did a 4th generation test with blood from a vein after 28 days, and it came out negative.
The first question would be, would this test be conclusive?
The next question is regarding other diseases, could I get another STI despite using a condom during oral sex?
Finally, I have done a V.D.R.L.  at 4 months resulting NON-REACTIVE.  Is this test conclusive for syphilis?
Regarding symptoms, the only thing I have felt is two separate events of pain in my nodes, but I think it may be due to the Omicron variant of COVID because my whole family had it but did not present that symptom of the nodes.

Is oral sex a risk for HIV? No. So, although the test is conclusive at that time, there we no need for it :)

The syph test at 4 months is totally conclusive.

You cannot get chlamydia or gono by using a condom for oral sex. There is a small risk of herpes but VERY small. Not worth worrying about especially 4 months ago with no symptoms.

all in all, no need to worry.

Also lymph nodes can get swollen for any  reason, even a simple cold which is so mild you dont even feel that ill :) A couple of swollen lymph nodes alone is no STI symptoms at all
