STD? UTI?

Well I hope Im in the right forum. Well I met a new lady friend four weeks ago. We have had unprotected intercourse on 2 different occasions. Once two weeks ago and once four weeks ago. 4 days ago I started noticing a little tingling feeling around the head of my penis only. Didn't think nothing of it at the time. However, now 4 days later or two weeks after our last encounter the tingling feeling id greater and a numb feeling as well like I thumped the top of it. So, something is up, this is not normal. I have been doing a little reading on std and uti sites and now I am really confused. To sum it up there is no discharge, lumps, bumps, blisters, or anything except the numbness, tingling, is starting to have a very faint hint of redness around the top and head and the little blood vein on the left does appear to be a little darker. As far as going to the bathroom, it does feel like I have to urinate a lot this might be because of the tingling sensation, stool has been normal, every morning like clock work except one morning about a week 3 times in 2 hours all solid though. It took azithromycin today one tablet will take another tomorrow. Any help would be greatly appreciated as to what this might be!?!?

I haven't had a prostate exam yet. I asked about it the last time. The nurse told me that if the symptoms came back for a third time then yes. If history repeats its self symptoms should be back in a few days! Cant wait! LOL But I will try the yogurt.

have they checked your prostate yet to see if you have prostatitis?

at this point all you can do is continue to be seen by the urologist when you have symptoms. at this point  you've had a heck of a lot of antibiotics thrown at you needlessly :(

your upset stomach and bowel issues are probably all related to antibiotics. If you like yogurt, eat a container of it 2-3x/day for the next week. if you aren't a big fan, pick up a pack of culturelle at walmart/cvs and take that 2x/day for the next week to replace all the "good" protective bacteria all those antibiotics killed off so your belly and bowels are back to normal quicker :)

OK, went to have have some test run, all of them except UTI. The doctor treated treated me for everything that day because it would be several days before the results were in. Doxycycline 100mg for 7 days in case it was chlamydia or gonorrhea and a shot in the rump of something in case it was syphilis. I did tell her that I had taken an antibiotic and she acknowledged it. took 7 days to get the results back and everything was negative! YEAH!!!! I felt fine. 6 days after I finished the script symptoms started returning. The next day (day 7 after completion of antibiotics) I went to a different doctor. Told him what was going on, he told that 7 days was enough time to wait a have the test done again and get accurate readings. So, all the test on more time including UTI this time. He wrote a script for 1 gram of azithromycin, one dose. Just got the results back the second time and all negative again. Could the antibiotics have a caused a negative a second time? Don't I am glad to see negative results on STD's. My symptoms, felt like someone had thumped the head of my penis, tip was very sensitive. Maybe just a very little redness on the upper half, the doctor didn't notice it but I can see it. upset stomach and pain, frequent feeling of having to urinate, especially when I bend over. Irregularities in bowel movement and insomnia. Could it be a STD and I keep getting false negatives or is there something else that has these kind off symptoms?

well now you've screwed up your chances of getting quick and accurate answers  not to mention that you've taken the medication wrong it sounds like anyways to cover chlamydia.

You need to be seen and get some basic testing done. You need urine testing done as well as a prostate exam. Let the provider know that you self treated so that they might be getting false negative results with some of the testing done on you too.

No I haven't been see yet. The antibiotics were some my brother had left over from something. Didn't really think to ask. One thing I did forgot to add is both times with the lady did start out with protection from some flavored condoms I've never used before. With no discharge could I be allergic to the condoms?
