Can this be Syphilis?

So I had unprotected sex with a girl I met in a bar last December. I noticed that a few weeks after I got a pimple on the bottom of my penis shaft. I didn’t think much of it because I had been working out and using kind of tight underwear so I believed it was a pimple or ingrown hair. It was quite painful so I popped it, and pus came out of it. Then it started crust but there was also a red bump that was somewhat painful to touch. In the shower the crust usually came off. Few days later I forcefully squeezed the bump and a hair came of from it and it was clearly a ingrown hair. Then I used tweezers to pull the hair. This probably injured the skin because I did this kind of forcefully and I saw thar skin around it came off. It was infected looking and continued crusting.
Situation now is something that I’m worried. I know that I haven’t treated it in the best way and there’s a ulcer looking “hole”. I’m worried that if it is Syphilis because it is still there after 7 weeks. It doesn’t look like anything in the pictures. Sore doesn’t feel hard or it doesn’t have raised edges. The middle part of this ulcer seems to bee covered in skin so it isn’t open either.

What could this be and can it be Syphilis? Or is this just caused by an ingrown hair?

Hi it would appear more of a herpes outbreak but with a new infection there would be flu like symptoms that follow. most likey an ingrown hair issue.

Thank you! I believe it is an ingrown hair problem because I actually found a hair to pick out, and there’s now a new hair growing from the edge of the ulcer. It’s still a little red. If any other opinions that would be greatly appreciated!
