STD risks due to rimmimg/analingus

Hi All.

I went to massage parlour and the therapist got fully nude and gave me a massage. I was lying on my stomach with my back facing her. She gave me light rimmimg/analingus after massage for like 30 to 40 seconds and lightly blew air/licked my back for a sensual pleasure. No other sexual activity happened. I would like to know what risk I’m at for STI from
the oral to anal route and the licking on the back part. This particular therapist is known for providing rimmimg services to a lot of customers.

Am I at risk for syphilis, gonorrhoea or hiv? I’m
Very very anxious and panicking here. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Okay, reading your previous questions, I see that you asked about most of what you worry about with this new encounter (which if it make you so freaked out and panicked after the fact, maybe this is not a good activity for you to do anymore?) and touching, the licking your back, etc.  They aren't a risk for an std.  And brief licking is also going to be pretty much no risk.  Oral carries a low risk and in the absence of symptoms, there isn't any reason to test.  That you had really less than oral and it was so brief, I would not think there is any chance of transmission.

Hi GuitarRox,

Thank you for your response. Yes, I understand I get anxious with such activities and I am working on myself in order to make sure I dont end up in such situations. However, I am a bit more anxious about this particular activity as I have never engaged in analingus before and this was my first time. Moreover, this particular therapist is known to provide analingus to her clients (which I got to know later), hence I am panicking a bit more thinking about all this.

All the online resources say that it is a risky activity and can spread skin to skin stds such as syphilis and gonorrhea and chlamydia. I am waiting for two weeks to be over so that I can go and get myself tested. I really home this particular activity was safe and I dint catch anytime. I would like to thank you for all your responses and your time and it would be great if I could get your opinion on my case. Thank you
In theory, this is a risk for STDs.

In practicality, it is not.

First, gonorrhea and chlamydia reside in the throat. To transmit that, if someone has it orally, they'd have to perform oral sex on a penis. Any other activity is really just not an efficient way of transmitting it. Also, gonorrhea and chlamydia are not "skin to skin" STDs.

Syphilis is uncommon in most developed countries - the US, Canada, the UK, countries in Europe, etc. Unless she had a sore on the tip of her tongue, which is unlikely, transmission can't happen.

Blowing on your skin transmits nothing.

Lots of other sites are very conservative and list all the things that may be risks. They can't take into account things that are even theoretical risks. We talk to people one on one, and can.

I promise you that if you had a risk, we'd tell you. I'm not sure why people think we aren't telling them the truth, but if you'd feel better testing, then go test. Make sure you get anal swabs for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Regular urine testing won't cover this. A blood test for syphilis will be fine, though.
