Question about negative STD test

I tested NEGATIVE for chlamydia following a real-time PCR urine analysis. I followed all the procedure correctly (Not urinating before, first drops) but my finger accidentally touched the urine inside the container. Would this invalidate the result?

NO.
You have tested negative, and you can move on from this event.
