Help

Hi there I am a 35 bi married man and I step outside my marriage and had unprotexted oral sex with a man I didn't know, he gave me oral and I gave him oral.  3 days later I started to get a slight discomfort in my penis and slight dull ache in my right testie.  No pain urinating or ejaculating but got worst after I did!  The ache is tolerable and no discharge or visible signs of blistering.  Day five everything is still the same and now the head of my penis has a different shade of color around the uerithra opening. Still no discharge but I have been having a bit of diarea and dull lower ab. Aches.  I am very worried about this and I feel horrible and ashamed.  Please help me!!!

Thanks for the response. He wasn't that rough and only gave oral for about 2 mins. Is it possible to strain your penis and not feel it till 3 to 4 days later.  Thanks for your comments also!

Hi and welcome. Oral is low risk for contracting std  and you can get a UTI from  unprotected oral sex. Has to do with mouth bacteria. You also might have picked up a yeast on your penis head. Its from an imbalance in the PH of your normal skin flora.
I would suggest getting some testing to make sure you dont expose your partner to anything.
I would test for Gono, Chlamydia, Syphilis and Herpes for sure to eliminate any risk of passing something.
The testicle pain is most likely from the act itself from his chin hitting your testicles. Dosent take much to bruise them.
