I dont know if I have an STD or a yeast infection?

So I have had neither a yeast infection nor an STD EVER and I'm very worried i have one now. I have the symptoms of a yeast infection soreness, red, itching, white discharge, and little itchy/ sore bumps but those are also the symptoms for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I'm really nervous that I have an STD. What do you think? I was also wondering how long it takes for blood test for STDs to get back and if there a lot faster than the normal way of getting tested?

Those are signs of a yeast infection except for bumps.  A home vagisil screening kit will help you distinguish the difference.  It doesn't tell you what you have but your ph balance.  A yeast infection does not change your ph balance and a healthy ph balance is between 4.5 and 5.0.  Anything over can range from a bacterial infection to an STD
