STDs from Not Well-Cleaned Sex Toy

Dear doctors and experts,
This is an anxiety request for help, I have been considering it for a long time.
Description of case:
Approximately 3 days ago , I placed an order online for a male chastity belt, which is designed to tightly fit on men’s private zone.

One day after I placed the order, I got this delivery and left it at home then went for another stuffs.

Now things turned important. Yesterday I realized I had bought such a toy, and I was going to take it out and trying to use, I broke the package and watch the seal, I didn’t really remember whether it was vacuum sealed or not. Then I put it under water tap cleaning.
But the mistake I made was that I didn’t use any Disinfectant or soapy water to clean that toy, I just only use pure water for a simple cleaning. Then I used it on my body, when I realized it was a risk for STDs , it was late.

Questions:
1) from it delivered to my home till I used it on, it about 17 hours. During that time no one touched it.
I don’t determine whether the toy exposed to air or it was vacuum sealed. In 17hours staying, assuming there was STDs bacteria or virus, has them totally dies within the 17 hours time?
If it was vacuum sealed, the whole time exposed to air was nearly 1 minute. This is the duration I cleaned the toy.

2) I just only use water to simply clean the toy , without any soap or Disinfectant. Is this behavior that using flow water to clean toy a double assurance of safety , making sure the bacteria and viruses gone away? I won’t be lazy the next time, must use soaps.

3) this case is not having sexual relations with other people, it’s my own sexual behavior. But I used potential not well-cleaned sex toy. I don’t know who has ever used it, but I never share it with anyone. Above all, am I risk for STDs?

4) the delivery also has a lubricating oil. before use it on my private zone, I smear on my hand and swing for 10 seconds, is it enough for making bacteria and virus fully exposed to the air?( assume it has virus, who knows it really not?)

Finally thanks a lot for reading and help me with your expertise.

You are at no risk here, even if a bunch of people used it before you (they didn't).

By the time it was delivered to you, you took it out of the package and washed it with water, and put it on, anything that was on it would have died without a human host.

You're fine and had no risk for anything from this, have no need to test, and no need to worry at all.

Thanks for auntie’s reply, I feel relieved now.

“1) STDs virus/bacterias dies outside human body in minutes, especially when exposed to air. it can't live so long as 17 hours and can’t survive after being cleaned by water.
2)and STDs are transmitted through sexual contact between people and people , skin and skin. If there’s no sexual relationship with another person, it is impossible to be infected STDs.
3)STDs can’t transmit through inanimate objects, because it’s exposed to environments ,unless immediately share (toys from one’s body to another one’s body within seconds)”
These are my conclusions, are they  all true?

Appreciate again and looking forward to having your precious response.

Correct - no STI will live for 17 hours - otherwise the whole world would be in trouble!

2)and STDs are transmitted through sexual contact between people and people , skin and skin. If there’s no sexual relationship with another person, it is impossible to be infected STDs.
Again true. With skin to skin, that is only certain ones. The majority cant even go skin to skin.

3)STDs can’t transmit through inanimate objects, because it’s exposed to environments ,unless immediately share (toys from one’s body to another one’s body within seconds)”
Also true
